FAQ

How do I apply for a Li key?

Please contact your SD-WAN service operator or F-Link partner channel. The operator provisions Li configuration and issues the official key. After installation, the client authenticates and connects via the Li interface automatically—end users do not need to apply themselves.

What if the client cannot connect?

Please check in order: network reachability, whether the Li key is valid and unexpired, and whether the operator’s access nodes and routing are correct. If the issue persists, export client logs and contact operator support for remote troubleshooting with user insights and logs.

How does password-free Web redirect work?

Operators register web service domains in the client browser whitelist within Li configuration and set credential pass-through. When users open renewal, support, or other business pages from the client, credentials are attached automatically for password-free access.
